ATM Three Bank of the West ATM's are available. All three are located on the main concourse level: One is in the North End by the Gold Zone Family Section (outside X/XX). The second is in the main food court area (G/GG). The third is in the South Food Court Area (outside K/KK). Additional ATM services are available at the International House Cafe and the Haas School of Business (3rd floor, lower south level).
BAG POLICY Bags must be smaller than 14"x14"x6". All bags will be searched, including, but not limited to:
DEMONSTRATIONS Demonstrations, petitions, gatherings, displays, etc. are restricted to public sidewalks. Such activity must not impede the use of public sidewalks or the fans' ability to enter Memorial Stadium.
FUN ZONE Cal FunZone presented by Subway starts three hours prior to each home game. Cal FunZone is open to all fans and admission is Free.
Food vendors will be on hand with a wide variety of food selections, as well as a beer garden operated by Sodexo.
The Youth Area will feature Cal inflatables; a bounce house, free-throw competition and quarterback challenge.
GUEST SERVICES The Guest Services Booth is located near the North Tunnel outside Section B. The Guest Services Booth will be able to assist with:

LOST & FOUND Lost & Found- Located at the Police Services trailer, outside Section B. Items not picked up on Game-day will be sent to the UC Police Department. No clothing items will be retained but for all other items please contact UC Police Department at (510) 642-4936 (M-F, 8am-5pm).
MARCH TO VICTORY Come celebrate the Bears `March to Victory', a Cal Football tradition! Cal Fans and Spirit Groups form a human tunnel for The March to Victory as the Cal Football team walks from the team bus into the North Tunnel of Memorial Stadium. Cheer on the players and coaches as they arrive 2 hours and 30 minutes before kickoff.
DISABLED PARKING-GAMEDAY Disabled Parking in the following campus lot is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid disabled placard is required. In addition there is a $25.00 game day parking fee for each vehicle. The Underhill Lot is located at College Ave. between Haste St.and Channing Ave. Patrons with disabled placards should enter at the Haste St. entrance to the lot.
POLICE SERVICES The Police Services trailer is located across from the Guest Services Booth, near the North Tunnel outside of Section B.
PROGRAMS Game program stands and vendors are located around the stadium. Programs include updated game information, rosters, player and coach features, depth charts, stats, and more!
RADIO BROADCASTS All games are broadcast live on KGO 810AM, the home of Cal Football.
RE-ENTRY POLICY Re-entry into the stadium is not permitted. No in and out privileges are allowed.
RESTROOMS Women's Restrooms are located on the concourse level at Sections K, L, FF, X, WW, and GG (disabled access). Men's Restrooms are located on the concourse level at Sections JJ, KK, A, XX & H (disabled access). Portable facilities are available on the stadium's outer east and west rims.
SEAT BACKS One-day seat back rentals are available. Patrons may rent a seat back for $5, and leave it at their seat when the game is over.
Reserved Section Season Ticket holders can also lease a seat back. For additional information please go to calbears.com.
SMOKING POLICY Smoking is NOT permitted in outdoor facilities and other areas used for spectator sports, meetings, entertainment, and dining, including but not limited to the following: Memorial Stadium, audience areas, and balconies.
SOUVENIRS Souvenirs may be purchased at stands located near sections G/GG, KK, OO, UU, W, Kleeberger Lot and FunZone. Each location contains a wide variety of official Cal merchandise, including hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and pennants.
STUDENT CONDUCT Security will be on site (Gate 10) to handle any problems with students violating the student conduct code.
WATER FOUNTAINS Located on the concourse level at Sections II, FF, E, XX, and the outer rim of Section FF. Also located at the field level of Sections EE, HH, M, R, UU, X.
WILL CALL Will Call will open 4 hours prior to kick-off. Valid photo identification must be presented to claim tickets. ID must match the name of the purchaser. Will Call locations:

- Recruiting - Kleeberger Lot
- Television - Gate 9
- Press/Media - Gate 9
- Visiting Team - South Gate, South Kiosk

ALCOHOL POLICIES
POLICY Possession and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. Consumption and/or possession of alcohol contribute to unruly or dangerous behavior. Violators may be removed from the stadium.
NON-COMPLIANCE OF ALCOHOL POLICY Inside stadium seating area: Confiscate alcohol and handle the situation appropriately. Contact the police when applicable. All alcohol must be discarded in appropriate containers.
FAN CONDUCT If you notice a guest who is inebriated or receive complaints that a guest is causing a disturbance or behaving strangely, contact a supervisor or the police. Some signs of alcohol over consumption include slurred speech, staggering, and frequent trips to the restroom. These signs could also indicate other serious conditions. Contact your supervisor, the police, or an EMT if a situation warrants.
RECORD AND REPORT ALL INCIDENTS TO THE STADIUM OR FIELD SUPERVISOR.
CODE OF CONDUCT
University of California Athletics is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for guests at Memorial Stadium. Our staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where guests can enjoy their experience free from the following behaviors: Foul/abusive language or obscene gestures; intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption; displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting; obscene or indecent clothing; any disruption to the progress of the game by guest's action or unauthorized persons on the playing field; guests seated in a location other than their ticketed seat. If anyone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game, please contact the nearest Event Operations staff member for assistance.
