BERKELEY --- Looking to extend its season into the NCAA Championship, the California cross country teams will be competing at the NCAA West Regionals on Friday, November 11 at the Haggin Oaks Golf Course in Sacramento.

The meet, which will be hosted by Sacramento State and the Sacramento Sports Commission, will begin with the women's race at 11 a.m. PT and the men's race at Noon PT.

Cal will be looking to send representatives from both Golden Bear teams to the NCAA Championships – held this year on Saturday, November 19 in Terre Haute, Ind. - for the first time since 2014. Last season, the Cal men placed sixth at Regionals to earn an at-large bid while the women narrowly missed a spot in the field by placing seventh.
