Title:
Major Gift Offer

One of the most acclaimed quarterbacks in Golden Bear history, Craig Morton returned to his alma mater in September 2003 as a major gift officer. Morton, a three-year starter at Cal from 1962-64 who broke virtually every school passing record en route to first-team All-America honors as a senior, is primarily involved in football-related fund raising. A member of the Cal Athletic Hall of Fame, the National Football Foundation Hall of Fame and the San Jose Sports Hall of Fame, Morton earned the 1964 Pop Warner Award as the most valuable senior football player on the West Coast. He later played 18 seasons in the NFL and guided both the Dallas Cowboys and the Denver Broncos to the Super Bowl.
