Listen Live on Cal All-Access (6 p.m. PT)

Joining Cal football head coach Jeff Tedford and senior fullback Eric Stevens this week on the Cal Coaches Corner radio show will be men's soccer head coach Kevin Grimes and cross country head coach Tony Sandoval. The program airs live from the Paragon at the Claremont Hotel, Club and Spa from 6-7 p.m. Monday. Fans can watch in person or listen on KNEW Radio (910 AM).

The Cal football team came up just short of defeating then-No. 12 Ohio State last week in Columbus. The Golden Bears remain on the road this week, heading to Los Angeles for the Pac-12 opener against No. 12/13 USC on Saturday, Sept. 22, at 3 p.m. PT. The contest can be seen on the Pac-12 Networks or heard locally on KGO Radio (810 AM).

Stevens put together a solid game last week at Ohio State, garnering a personal-best two receptions for 13 yards, and also chipped in two rushes for 11 yards.

The Cal men's soccer team is currently in the middle of a seven-game homestand. The Bears (3-2-1) host the Cal-Stanford Tournament this weekend at Edwards Stadium, taking on Duquesne on Friday, Sept. 21, at 4:30, and then Loyola Marymount on Sunday, Sept. 23, at noon.

The Cal cross country team treks to the East Coast this week for the Panorama Farms Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 22, in Charlottesville, Va. The Cal women have finished first in the first two competitions of the 2012 campaign.

The Cal Coaches Corner, hosted by Todd McKim, is broadcast each Monday from August through March and includes interviews and features with Golden Bear coaches, student-athletes and alumni from all 29 intercollegiate sports.
