What is an Accessible Seat and Who Can Use One?
Accessible seats are spaces specifically designed for persons whose disability necessitates features such as an accessible approach, location at grade, clear floor space, and larger dimensions. This includes patrons who use wheelchairs, personal portable lounge chairs (whose back problems prevent their sitting upright), owners of large service dogs that won't fit under regular seat, person who needs to minimize distance walked and/or can't do steps to regular seats.
Cal Athletics offers accessible seats

How many accessible seats can I purchase?
People purchasing a ticket for an accessible seat may purchase up to three additional seats for their companions in the same row.
If contiguous seats have already been sold and are not available, seats can be purchased as close to the accessible seat as possible.
