Our High School Skills Camp is a unique skills camp with the focus of making you a better individual player for the next level. The camp is geared for the skilled and motivated High School player. We are excited to announce that Stephanie Wood will be returning for her second summer as Camp Director for the High School Skills Camp. Stephanie is one of the best in the country at personal training and skill development for basketball. She is the Regional Director and Lead Trainer for Gannon Baker Basketball Services, and has been hired by Nike to train the top 130 players in the country at their Regional Skills Camps and at the Nike Skills Academy in Beaverton, Oregon. Stephanie's passion involves running all-girl workouts and camps all over the country, delivering motivational speeches at school assemblies, personal training, and clinics.

Along with Stephanie, Coach Joanne Boyle and the CAL staff will help you improve your game by providing top-notch on court training as well as incorporating film sessions and tips to improve your "basketball IQ." You will leave camp with a book of drills to take home with you, as well as a notebook with your own notes that you have gathered from the camp. It promises to be an amazing weekend of basketball, and a tremendous opportunity to raise your game to a new level.
