Join our experienced and knowledgeable coaching staff at one of the exciting Cal Lacrosse Camps. We offer a variety of camps to meet the needs of different ages, playing positions, and abilities.

CAMP SCHEDULE & DESCRIPTION

ELITE CAMP & GOALIE ACADEMY (Ages 12-18)

    • JULY 19-22 (Thursday-Sunday)

    ELITE CAMP & GOALIE ACADEMY
    Our Elite Camp is offered for the dedicated and advanced level lacrosse players. Camps are open to club and varsity level players ages 12 to 18. This camp features an outstanding staff consisting of top Division I, II, and III coaches, assistants, and players. This is your opportunity to be seen by some of the best coaches in the country. Resident and Commuter Options available. The Elite Camp emphasizes advanced skills, small-sided games, and scrimmage situations. Day One includes skills, concepts, and game scenarios that enable players to make the best decisions on the field. Days Two and Three highlight multiple scrimmage situations in small game and full-field opportunities.

    We offer an informational recruiting session that covers topics such as: • Strategies for recruitment to Division I, II, and III and college club programs • Techniques & evaluation strategies to help determine the best place for you to play lacrosse

    The Goalie Academy offers players the opportunity to improve their techniques and skills, and is under the direction and leadership of All American Jen Nardi. Camp includes training, drills, concepts, and game scenarios that enable players to make the best decisions in the goal and on the field.

    This high level camp is ideal for players looking to bring their game to the next level.

DAY CAMP (Ages 9-14)

    DAY CAMP
    Learn new skills and have fun at our Day Camps! Our experienced staff has been selected because of its ability to coach, train, and develop players of all playing abilities. We emphasize skills and techniques in a fun, safe, enjoyable environment to maximize player development. Our low player-to-coach ratio ensures that everyone will receive personal attention. These camps are open to beginner through intermediate players, and participants are grouped according to age and ability.

    Day Camp schedule (sample)
    Morning - Introduction and review of new skills. Work on technical skills or small group strategies.
    Lunch - Campers bring their own lunches. Opportunity for individual work and extra shooting.
    Afternoon - Sessions designed to improve large group and team tactical understanding. Build to scrimmage situations.
