Cal head women's swimming & diving coach and U.S. Olympic head coach Teri McKeever was among several distinguished guests to join the Pac-12 Conference today as they broke ground on the Pac-12 Studios in downtown San Francisco. Also on hand was former Cal running back and current Seattle Seahawks star tailback Marshawn Lynch as well as Ronnie Lott, Jennifer Azzi, J.T. Snow, J.J. Stokes and San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee.

Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott as well as Pac-12 Enterprises President Gary Stevenson talked about some of the exciting new details the league's new network and digital platform will include. They also showed a short clip and provided a virtual tour of what the plans are for the building, located on Third Street in San Francisco. Several guests, including McKeever, took part in knocking down a piece of an existing wall and in putting up the first wall of one of the studios.

McKeever was the lone representative of the all-star group to address the audience and talk about the advantages to the schools and the fans. The video below is McKeever's speech to the crowd followed by a short clip created by Pac-12 Enterprises.
