Here is an inside look at Wednesday's National Championship Week All Staff event held at the Toll Room inside the Alumni House on campus. Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Sandy Barbour, men's crew assistant coach Wyatt Allen and men's swimmer Tom Shields each spoke to the staff about their experiences and reflected on the banner year for Cal Athletics in 2010-11.

Three Golden Bear teams - women's swimming and diving, men's swimming and diving, and rugby - captured national titles during the 2010-11 campaign. Additionally, seven student-athletes garnered individual NCAA crowns, both the men and women swimmers notched three national relay titles, and the women's varsity four crew and the men's freshman eight crew won races at their championship regattas.
