Cal Draft Wrapup: Three Former Cal Players Chosen in 2010 NFL Draft

The 2010 NFL Draft came to a conclusion earlier today when Weber State wide receiver Tim Toone was selected by the Detroit Lions with the 255th (and final) pick of the draft. Cal had three former players selected in the three-day, seven-round 2010 NFL Draft with the first round picks of defensive lineman Tyson Alualu (Jacksonville, 10th overall) and tailback Jahvid Best (Detroit, 30th overall) on Thursday, and the addition of cornerback Syd'Quan Thompson (Detroit, 225th overall) in the seventh round on Saturday.
