Junior (2007): Set the school record in the mile at the California Collegiate Challenge, winning in 3:58.62 to break the almost-50-year old record held by former Cal great Don Bowden...ran a regional-qualifying, lifetime-best and Cal season-best 1:49.87 to win the 800 prelim at the Pac-10 championships, in which he took fifth in the final in 1:50.76...clocked a regional-qualifying 3:47.05 to take second in the 1500 at Pac-10s...posted a 3:48.72 to finish 11th in the 1500 at the NCAA West Regional...at the NCAA championships, just missed qualifying for the final in the 1500 meters when he clocked in at 3:43.43 and placed 13th...placed 13th at the USA championships in the 1500 (3:40.80)...clocked an 8:16.63 in the 3,000 at the Big Meet to rank seventh all time at Cal...his 3:43.62 in the 1500, set in 2004, ranks seventh on Cal's all-time list...led off the All-American distance medley relay that set a school-record 9:33.77 and took second place at the NCAA Indoor Championships...ran a provisional-qualifying and then lifetime-best 4:01.80 in the mile and a lifetime-best 1:53.40 in the 800 at the Husky Classic...clocked an altitude-adjusted 8:19.78 in the 3000 at the Dan DeHart Invitational.

Freshman (2004): In 2004, ran a mile time of 4:07.55 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational...in the 1500 at the IAAF World Juniors, set a Cal freshman record time of 3:43.62...set a personal best of 1:52.03 in the 800 at the Golden Bear Qualifier. Cross Country: In 2007, finished first among the Bears in three meets in 2007 and recorded three top-10 finishes...claimed All-Pac-10 second-team honors...took third place (23:25) at the Stanford Invitational...paced Cal at the Pre-NCAA meet and came in ninth at the Pac-10 championships at the NCAA West Regional...in 2006, earned all-region honors after taking 13th (30:34.99) in the NCAA West Regional...selected second-team All-Pac-10 after finishing 11th (23:44.83) at the 2006 Pac-10 championships...as a freshman, took 44th at the 2003 Pac-10 championships at 26:28.60...at the 2003 NCAA West Regional, finished in 73rd at 31:36.

High School: As a senior at Loyola High School, was a member of his school's cross country state and CIF championship team...as a senior, was third at the California state meet in the 1600 meters (4:11.5).
