Lowe played in 44 games with 29 starts including 35 of 36 possible games over his final three seasons with the program. He finished his collegiate career with 224 tackles, 12.5 tackles for loss (-23 yards), 1.0 sack (-1 yard), four interceptions that he returned for 67 yards, 10 pass breakups, 14 passes defended and three fumble recoveries that he returned for 47 yards. Lowe had at least 67 tackles in each of his final three seasons, leading Cal with 67 tackles as a 2013 junior, ranking second on the club with a career-high 74 stops during his 2014 senior campaign and picking up 69 to rank fourth on the team as a 2012 sophomore when he also co-led the team with three interceptions that he returned for a team-high 67 yards.
