Christman Named to All-MPSF Second Team

The Cal junior is named to the all-conference team for the second straight year

BERKELEY - California junior Gaby Christman was named to the All-MPSF second team as announced by the conference today. This marks the second straight appearance for the Cal junior on the all-conference team. She also garnered All-MPSF Tournament honors as a freshman in 2012.

Christman was Cal’s leader in numerous statistical categories including draws (45), caused turnovers (38) and ground balls (31). She scored five times against Siena on nine shots, along with two draws and a caused turnover. Christman also notched hat tricks against Saint Mary’s and Yale. 

She ended the season strong scoring two goals in the final six games of the season, as well as causing at least three turnovers in eight of the last 10 games.
