This week's show will take place from the Crossroads Dining Hall on Bowditch and Channing. Fans are encouraged to park at the Underhill Parking lot and walk directly into the dining hall. The 1-5 Cal football team returns to Memorial Stadium this week to face Oregon State on Saturday, Oct. 19, at 7:30 p.m. The game will be broadcast on ESPN2, or Cal fans can tune in to KGO AM 810 or listen live on TuneIn. After scoring a touchdown in three straight games before last week, Grisom will look to find the endzone once again against the Beavers.

Petri is the only four-time female Olympian in school history and the only athlete ever at Cal win medals in four separate Olympic Games. She helped Team USA to a gold medal in 2012, silver medals in 2000 and '08 and a bronze medal in 2004. A member of the U.S. National Team for 13 years, she played in her first World Championships in 2001 and was a part of every U.S. team at the tournament through 2011. Petri also helped the Americans to gold medals at three Pan American Games. An All-American and team captain at Cal, she had her school cap retired during the 2013 season. Petri lettered for the Bears from 1997-99 and again in 2001 (taking the 2000 season off to train for the Olympics). After graduation, she played professionally in Greece, Italy and Brazil.

Leer, Mercik and the No. 11/15 Cal women's soccer team endured their first loss of the season to UCLA, 1-0, last Sunday at Edwards Stadium. The Bears (9-4-1) will stay local this week to take on Colorado on Friday, Oct. 18, at 1:30 p.m. at Edwards Stadium.

Hosted by Todd McKim, Inside the Locker Room features guests from throughout Cal Athletics. In the fall, listeners can expect to hear from Dykes each week, along with players and assistant coaches. In addition, student-athletes and coaches from Cal’s Olympic sports and others with Golden Bear ties will make regular appearances.
