Three Bears Play Wednesday at Tiburon Challenger

McLachlan/Bergevi and Johnson and his Partner are Set to Play on Court One

TIBURON, Calif. – The three Golden Bears competing in the $100,000 First Republic Bank Tiburon Challenger will resume play at the Tiburon Peninsula Club in the doubles main draw on Wednesday . California senior Campbell Johnson will again team with former Northwest Missouri State star Malcolm Harrison to take on Alan and Andy Chang in the second match on court one. Starting at approximately 11 a.m., that match pits Johnson’s team against the pair that it defeated on Oct. 7 to gain entry into the main draw.

The duo of Cal senior Ben McLachlan and freshman Filip Bergevi, which gained wild-card entry into the main draw, is set to play the Canadian tandem of Philip Bester and Peter Polansky in the fourth match on court one.

The Tiburon Challenger will end on Sunday.
