Through a new partnership between Cal Athletics and UC Berkeley Visitor & Parent Services, public tours of California Memorial Stadium and the Simpson Center for Student-Athlete High Performance will be offered for the first time this fall.
The fall schedule will run from Sept. 20 through Nov. 17, with tours given twice per week. Friday tours will begin at noon, with Sunday tours starting at 3 p.m. Tours are open to the general public, and fans from visiting institutions are encouraged to participate. Future dates will be announced at a later time.
Hosted by campus student ambassador tour guides, the tours will be a satellite offering of the larger campus Visitor & Parent Services tours program. Tours will be approximately an hour in length and will cover a variety of points of interest, including the Lisa and Douglas Goldman Plaza, new Haas School of Business Innovation Lab (iLab), the University Club and the Simpson Center.
The admission price is $3 for adults 18 and over, and $2 for children (17 and under). Tour participants will be required to register in advance, and slots will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces in the tours are limited.
To register for your tour today, please contact UC Berkeley Visitor & Parent Services at 510-642-5215 or via email at email@example.com.
