Why I have my number:

I chose my number because when I was 13 and on my first travel ball team, TNL, their colors were blue and gold. I was No. 33 then and it felt like it was fate from the start to be a Cal Bear wearing No. 33 since that's what I started with...even though my favorite number is 3.

Pre-game Rituals & Game Superstitions:

I do sprints before the game and pray. I draw a cross and D.S. initials on my wrist and I have to draw a D on the ground before every pitch when I'm at-bat.
