Anaz enters her senior season as Cal's returning starter at shooting guard and 2002-03 team co-MVP...played some of her best games at the end of last season...transferred to Cal after spending one season at South Carolina and one at Weatherford College in Texas...leader by example because of her ability to make big plays...brings maturity to the team...excellent shooter and passer...the Bears will look for her to be a more consistent scorer and more vocal floor leader this season.

As a junior in 2002-03: Led Cal in points (10.1 ppg) and steals (36 total, 1.5 spg), earning co-MVP honors with Kristin Iwanaga...tied for third on the team with nine made three pointers...increased her scoring average to 10.9 points per game during the Pac-10 season to rank 18th in the conference...tallied 12 double-figure scoring performances, including 10 during Pac-10 games...led or tied for the team high for points in six games and in rebounding in one game...swiped at least two steals on nine occasions, with a season high of four vs. Colorado Dec. 8 and vs. Stanford Feb. 1...her best game of the season came at Oregon Jan. 9 when she recorded season bests for points (22) and assists (5)...key factor in Cal's win at UCLA Jan. 26, posting 17 points, four assists and three steals...propelled Cal to its first-ever win in the Pac-10 Tournament, tallying 18 points and three rounds against Arizona State...missed the first five games of the season due to NCAA rules regarding her previous ties to a foreign professional team.

As a sophomore in 2001-02 at Weatherford College: Ranked second in the Northern Texas Junior College Athletic Conference in scoring (21.2 ppg) and assists (7.5 apg)...selected honorable mention NJCAA All-America, first team all-conference and all-region...helped her team to a 28-6 record and to the Elite Eight of the NJCAA national tournament...the Coyotes also won the conference title, the Region V championship and finished the season ranked No. 20 in the nation (rankings released prior to the national tournament.)

As a freshman in 2000-01 at South Carolina: Played in all 28 games and made 13 starts...tallied 9.1 points, 2.4 assists and 2.1 rebounds per game...shot 42.1 percent from the floor, including 31.6 percent from three-point range.
