SACRED HEART PREP HS: Earned second-team All-County honors as a 2011 senior for a team that finished 8-4 overall, making 11 receptions for 184 yards and catching four touchdown passes, while adding 23 tackles, 1.0 sack, two fumble recoveries and a blocked punt on defense ... picked up honorable mention recognition during his 2010 junior season for a Central Coast Section championship squad that finished with an 11-2 overall record as he recorded 64 tackles, 2.0 sacks and two passes defended on defense, while adding a blocked field goal ... also had a 74-yard reception as a junior against Scotts Valley that was the team's longest of the season among his two catches for 98 yards ... contributed 17 tackles and 1.0 sacks on defense as a 2009 sophomore, while adding two rushes for 29 yards offensively ... the nation's No. 23 long snapper according to Chris Rubio ... also was a three-year varsity starter and a team captian as a senior in lacrosse and played basketball ... served as the student body activities director during the 2011-12 school year and was the president of his freshman class in 2008-09.
