AS A JUNIOR IN 2003-04: Meredith was the Bears' highest finisher at the NCAA Championships, earning first-team All-American honors as she finished fifth in the heptathlon with 5,442 points...finished second at Pac-10 Multi Championships in the heptathlon (5476 pts)...set a new school record in the javelin of 148-0 at the Big Meet...also competed at the 2004 U.S. Olympic Trials in the hepathlon (17th, 5356 pts) and came in second in the heptathlon at the North America, Central America & Carribean Under-23 Championships (5048 pts)... REDSHIRTED IN 2002-03: had back injury.

AT SHASTA COLLEGE IN 2000-02: Competed on the track & field team at Shasta College during the 2001 and 2002 seasons...helped Shasta win the Golden Valley Conference championship title in 2001 and 2002...set school records in the 100m (12.48), 200m (25.33), long jump (19-5.5), 400mH (60.11) and heptathlon (5,182)...named female MVP in 2001 and 2002.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2000 graduate of West Valley High School...helped team to league and section championship titles in 1997-2000...named Most Valuable Field Event Athlete in 1997...earned the Coaches Award in 1997 and 1998...was voted female MVP in 2000.
