HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL: At Miramonte High School was a three-time all-league selection, a two-time first team All-NorCal pick and a two-time first team All-American in water polo...was a team captain and team MVP, helping his team to three-straight league titles, three-straight CIF Section championships and a third place state finish in 1995 and '97...also competed four years on the varsity swim team where he was an All-American, setting the school record and claiming the CIF Section championship in the 50 free (21.06) in 1998...played one year of varsity basketball as well...was a member of the U.S. National Youth Water Polo Team that won the NORAM Tournament in Dallas, TX and was a member of the U.S. National Junior Team in 1998...was recruited by Pepperdine before selecting Cal...majoring in history...parents are Louis and Marilyn Stoddard...born August 5, 1979 in Westport, CT.
