Fall 2007: Completed fall tournament season with a 5-5 singles record... in doubles play, put together a 7-3 overall record, going 4-2 with partner Susie Babos as the No. 15 ranked doubles pair, defeating No. 33 Nelson and Sanchez of USC at the All-American Qualifier... advanced to the Cal Invitational doubles tournament semifinal, paired with Cristina Visico.

2006-07: One of four Bears to reach the 30-singles wins plateau, finishing the regular season with an overall record of 31-12... her 7-1 Pac-10 record was tied for the team best... played primarily on the No. 4 court, notching a 14-6 record... highest national ranking of the season was No. 38 on Feb. 21... enjoyed an eight-match winning streak from March 24 through April 21... clinched the match victory for Cal against Southeastern Louisiana in the NCAA regional on May 12 with a 6-3, 6-1 win over Jana Simurkova... won her singles match both times Cal played highly-ranked UCLA and USC... started the dual season winning her first four singles matches... her decisive 6-1, 6-1 victory over VCU's Viktoria Konstantinova was critical in the Bears' 4-3 win at the ITA Team Indoor Championships... advanced to the Cal Invitational semifinal before falling to eventual champion, Susie Babos, 6-3, 4-6, 6-3... in doubles, finished with a 16-12 record including advancing to the Cal Invitational final.

2005-06: Put together a 19-13 singles record as sophomore, going 9-6 in dual-match play... ended the season with a 6-4 doubles record with partner Bojana Bobusic, playing primarily on court No. 2... entered spring season ranked No. 61 in singles... competed at the ITA National Indoors... notched a 7-6 singles record for the fall season... advanced to doubles quarterfinal at the ITA Regional Championships with Claire Ilcinkas, after defeating seventh seeded Ekaterina Burduli and Aleksandra Stefanova of WSU, 8-4 in the round of 16.

2004-05: Returned from a knee injury in the fall for the 2005 spring season to take over the No. 2 singles position... advanced to the round of 16 at the Pac-10 Championship singles tournament... advanced to the singles semifinal at the UNLV Freeman Memorial Tennis Championships.

Personal: Born in Houston, Texas... parents are Yoshiaki and Margaret Kusano... Legal Studies major.
