Track: In his junior campaign, PRed in the mile (4:11.42) at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational and the 5000 meters (14:27.57) at the Stanford a sophomore during the indoor season, ran Cal's third-fastest 5000 meters of the year (14:38.96) at the MPSF Championships...won Cal's Brutus Hamilton Award (outstanding male academic achievement)...during his freshman year, posted Cal's fifth-best mark of the season in the 1500 meters (3:57.36/Big Meet), and 5000 meters (14:44.34/U.S. Jr. Nationals) and the team's third-best mark of the season in the mile (4:15.02/Brutus Hamilton) and 3,000 (8:39.88/Bay area Blast Off)...after the 2005 season, ranked ninth among Cal's all-time top 10 performers for his 8:39.88 in the 3000 meters...qualified for the USATF Junior Nationals in the 5000 meters.
