Williams played in two games off the bench with no statistics other than participation during the three seasons he spent at Cal after being a junior college transfer from North Dakota State College of Science. Williams spent most of his time on the offensive line and saw his first action there vs. Southern Utah as a 2012 junior but moved back and forth between the offensive and defensive lines as a 2013 senior and played in one game against USC on the defensive line.
