Jalil recorded career highs in every category he recorded stats in during his return including tackles (35), tackles for loss (5.5), tackle for loss yards (12), sacks (1.5) and sack yards (8). He leads all Cal active defensive linemen in career tackles (53) while his tackles for loss (7.0) are second. Jalil missed the majority of the team’s 2015 spring practices due to injury but is expected to be ready for the season.
