Bouza made the most significant contribution of his five-year Cal career as a fifth-year senior in 2013 when he played in all 12 games with two starts and recorded 12 receptions for 199 yards, while adding one pass completion in his lone attempt for no gain and one kickoff return for 17 yards for a total of 216 all-purpose yards. He was also the team’s captain as a 2013 senior and starting holder each of his final two seasons, scoring his lone career touchdown from the position when he had a 10-yard reception from placekicker Vincenzo D’Amato on Cal’s first drive of the 2013 campaign against Northwestern. Bouza graduated from Cal in December of 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in sociology.
