CAL CAREER (Career Stats):

2013: Made his only extra point attempt in the spring game … listed as the No. 2 player at placekicker and kickoffs on the preseason depth chart.

2012 (Game-By-Game Stats): Redshirted … played in one game off the bench against Southern Utah, with a kickoff of 64 yards. 

SCOTTS VALLEY HS: A two-time All-Santa Cruz County, All-Santa Cruz Coast Athletic League, Santa Cruz Sentinel Golden Foot Award and Scotts Valley High School Special Teams Player of the Year selection in each of his final two prep seasons as a junior and senior in 2010 and 2011 … registered additional honors during a 2011 senior campaign in which his team was 8-3 and qualified for the postseason when he was tabbed a first-team All-State kicker for the Small Schools Division by ESPN Rise/Cal-Hi Sports, the Scotts Valley High School Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year, and both the Santa Cruz Sentinel’s Boys Scholar-Athlete of the Year and Reader’s Poll Boys Athlete of the Year … second on the team in scoring with 67 points as a senior on nine field goals, 38 extra points and a two-point conversion reception, with one of his field goals the longest in SCCAL history at 48 yards … also put 24 of 31 kickoffs into the end zone for touchbacks as a senior and averaged 41.4 yards per punt on 10 attempts with a long of 64 … a member of the ESPN Rise/Cal-Hi Sports preseason All-CIF Central Coast Section team as a senior … one of his coaches during his senior season was former NFL placekicker Joe Nedney, who played six seasons with the San Francisco 49ers from 2005-10 … scored 51 points as a 2010 junior on a school and SCCAL-record 11 field goals and 18 extra points … also lettered four seasons in soccer and earned first-team All-SCCAL honors as a 2011-12 senior … participated in track and field for one season, qualifying for the Central Coast Section meet in the long jump … recipient of a 2012 California State Board of Education Award with a Golden State Seal Merit Diploma … maintained a GPA over 4.0 all four years of high school.
