2013: Named the NorPac West Offensive Player of the Year for the second consecutive season … was named to the NorPac All-West first team … scored 7 goals with one assist for 15 points after playing 14 games with 13 starts, missing five games due to injury … led the team with two game-winning goals … converted two of three penalty stroke attempts … named the NorPac Offensive Player of the Week after scoring two goals in a game against UC Davis … had her lone assist of the season on a Sydney Earle goal at Boston … scored Cal’s lone goal in a 2-1 overtime loss at No. 12 Northwestern … scored Cal’s first goal in a 2-1 overtime win against Pacific … had her first two-goal game of the season with two scores in a 3-2 loss to Yale … hit the game-winner against UC Davis and Maine.
2012: Named the NorPac West Offensive Player of the Year, the 13th golden Bear to earn a top conference honor…was named to the NorPac All-West first team and also earned All-West Region first team honors…scored 18 goals and eight assists for 44 points for her historic sophomore season…her 18 goals and 44 points were both fifth on Cal’s all-time single-season records list…finished the season 11th in the nation in points per game at 2.20 and tied for eighth in goals per game at .90…led the NorPac conference in both categories…had a career-best five-goal performance against Pacific on Oct. 12 before tallying another in the rematch on Oct. 14 for a six-goal weekend...was 2-for-2 on penalty strokes…named NorCal Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending Sep. 9 and the week ending Oct. 14.
2011: Was named the Maria Whitehead Rookie of the Year for the NorPac as well as being named first team All-Conference and Second Team All-West Region...was also named to the All-NorPac Tournament team...was twice named the NorPac West Newcomer of the Week...Kruggel was the third Cal freshman to earn the Maria Whitehead Rookie of the Year award, an honor given to the top freshman in the conference from contenders from both the east and west divisions...tied for most assists in a single game among all NCAA I players in 2011 with four in the NorPac opener at Pacific (10-0 victory)...also had two goals in the Pacific game (8 points), tying her for fifth most points in a single game among all NCAA I players in 2011...had seven assists during the season, all coming from field goals...her 23 points were fourth highest on the team...tied for eighth in the NorPac in assists-per-game (0.35)...ninth in the NorPac in points per game (1.15)...played in all 20 games, starting 15 as a true freshman.
