2012: Scored her first goal of the season against Missouri State on Sept. 16, when she also accumulated a game-high of two points and four shots to help Cal win 5-2.

2011: Played in 19 games for the Bears, starting seven times...took eleven shots, with two goals and an assist (five points)...scored a goal (on three shots) in the Bears 3-1 victory over Indiana...scored her other goal in the 4-0 home shut out of Pacific. 2010: Tied for the team lead in goals with seven and finished the season second in points (15) ... enjoyed a two-goal game against UC Davis (9/5) ... two-time NorPac West Offensive Player of the Week ... played in all 19 games, starting 18 of them.

2009:: Collected two goals on the season, scoring her first against Pacific on Oct. 18, which proved to be the gamewinner, and her second against Davidson in the first round of the NorPac Tournament on Nov. 5...also earned three assists to give her seven points on the campaign...took 12 shots, eight of which were on goal.

2008: Redshirted.

High School: A participant in the USA Field Hockey Futures Program for three years...high school teammate of Cal teammate Jessica Kreck...both were All-CCS selections in 2007 for the Monarchs, who tied Saint Francis High School's and Cal teammate Kristen Goodman for the 2005 and 2006 Central Coast Section (CCS) Championships...Dougherty claimed first-team honors from the CCS, Blossom Valley Athletic League and San Jose Mercury News in 2007...also played basketball at Mitty.
