PRINCETON, N.J. - Senior captain Marin Balarin led Cal with four goals and junior Collin Smith and freshman Thomas Agramonte had three goals apiece as the Golden Bears had yet another dominating performance in a 20-3 victory over Bucknell Saturday (Sept. 8) the second day of the Princeton Invitational.
Cal's other team captain, senior goalie Justin Parsons, was also impressive with 12 saves in three periods. Senior Mason Cox and freshman Colin Mulcahy added three assists apiece and junior Tommy Gilfillan had a team-high three steals.
So far, the Bears have overpowered their eastern opponents, 52-10, outscoring St. Francis (16-3) and Princeton (16-4) on Friday, and now Bucknell (20-3) Saturday. Cal will face Harvard at 8 p.m. ET in its second match of the day.
