Isi Sofele's first-quarter touchdown was the 15th of his career, one spot out of Cal's all-time top 10. It was also his fourth rushing TD of the year to tie with C.J. Anderson for the team lead in 2012. He finished the game with 104 yards on 18 carries for his fourth 100-yard game of the season and ninth of his career.

Allan Bridgford completed a personal-best 18 of 31 passes for a career-high 132 yards. Bridgford also scored his first career rushing touchdown on a one-yard plunge in the final minute of the third quarter.

Darius Powe paced Cal in receiving for the first time in his career. He posted career highs in catches (6) and receiving yards (48). Powe entered the contest with career bests of three catches (vs. Washington) and 44 yards (at Ohio State).

Josh Hill caught his fifth career interception, first of this season, on Oregon State's first drive of the game.

Deandre Coleman registered his fifth career sack, third of 2012.
