In the week leading up to the IRA National Championships, members of the Cal Crew are highlighted. Each oarsman discusses some of their favorite things, and what they do in preparation for a race. Today, senior Matt Todd is profiled.
Todd, a rhetoric major, spent the majority of the 2004 season rowing in the second varsity eight boat, but was moved into the varsity four boat for the Pac-10 championships. At next week's IRAs, he will stroke the men's open four boat and try to help Cal win another national title.
