Cal won for the seventh time in its last eight trips to Tempe.
The visiting team has won the last eight games in the Cal-ASU series.
Harper Kamp, who hails from nearby Mesa, Ariz., finished with 7 points and 6 rebounds in 23 minutes. The rebound total was his highest in a Pac-10 game this year.
Ryan Anderson, who had 28 points and 11 rebounds, moved into a tie for 27th place on Cal's career scoring list with 1,068 points (also Kevin Singleton, 1977-81).

Cal improved its road record in Pac-10 games to 4-2.
Arizona State connected on seven three-pointers in the final 1:11 of the game, scoring 21 points during the stretch. Cal kept the Sun Devils at bay by converting 11 of 14 free throws during the same period.
