Lost and Found

All lost and found items may be claimed and brought to the north gate Guest Services Trailer, outside Section B. Any found items may be turned in to stadium ushers or security personnel. Lost persons and people looking for lost persons should go to the Guest Services Trailer. After the game, contact the UC Police Department at (510) 642-4936 (M-F, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) to inquire about lost items.

First Aid

First Aid Trailers are located on the ground level, outside Section B and above the Cal student section at the corner of Centennial Drive and Stadium Rim Way. Cal Medics are assigned to provide fans with emergency medical assistance. Please notify stadium security for emergency medical assistance. An ambulance and cardiac resuscitation unit are also standing by at the stadium.

Ticket Policy

-Ticket holders are restricted to seating in the locations that appear on their tickets and agree to abide by stadium and university policies, as well as state and federal laws. Cal reserves the right to revoke tickets by refund of purchase. Gameday ticket concerns can be handles at the Guest Services Trailer near Gate 1. Tickets cannot be refunded or replaced due to changes in game time, or if forgotten, lost or destroyed. Tickets that are stolen will only be reprinted with a police report and will be charged a $5 handling fee.
-Youth (Grade 12 and under) and Senior (age 65 and above) tickets will be strictly enforced.

Will Call

NEW!Will Call is located at the Haas School of Business Plaza, across Piedmont Avenue near Maxwell Field (North end of the Stadium). Those seeking Will Call can look for the large balloons. It opens two hours prior to kickoff and closes at the end of the third quarter. Valid photo ID that matches the name of the individual who purchased the tickets must be presented to receive tickets.

Disabled Patron Information ADA INFORMATION

Stadium Entry: Wheelchair access to the lower field level Sections TT, U is through the North Gate and tunnel. Upper stadium seating in Sections UU, S, SS, R, RR, P, PP, and OO is accessed via Stadium RimWay at Gate 15 (Section UU) and Gate 10 (Section P). Disabled guests can access Sections A - M by entering the stadium via the concourse by the South Gate.

Parking: Disabled parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis through the city of Berkeley on Prospect Street. Disabled placards must be displayed to park in this area.

Restrooms: Wheelchair accessible restrooms are near the First Aid station by the North Entrance, ground level. Portable facilities are also located along the East Rim.

Shuttles: Memorial Stadium provides shuttles for fans in need of assistance to the stadium are available 2 hours before kick-off. For guests needing assistance after the game, there are 3 ADA shuttles available. They will leave 20 minutes after the conclusion of the game.

The shuttles will be located:

-- Front of the Haas School of Business, by the bear

-- East Rim on the corner of Centennial and Stadium Rim Way

-- End of Prospect Parking Lot.

Wheelchair Assistance: Golf cart service is provided to guests in need of assistance. There are two pick-up points located outside Memorial Stadium's outer fence line, one at the North Tunnel and the other at the South Tunnel.

Emergency Information

Immediately contact the nearest stadium usher or security or police officer if you identify an emergency situation. During a major emergency, please remain calm and follow the directions of the public address announcer, the police and the guest services staff.

Souvenirs may be purchased at stands located near Sections F, GG, KK, OO and WW, FunZone and Kleeberger Parking Lot. Each location contains a wide variety of official Cal merchandise, including hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts and pennants.

Seat Backs

One-day seat back rentals are available in 5 locations: 1 trailer on the North side, 1 on the East Rim, 2 on the Westside, and 1 on the South side (Sec KK). Patrons may rent a seat back for $5, and leave it at their seat when the game is over.

Game Times

Visit or check local listings to confirm game times. Memorial Stadium gates open two hours prior to kickoff.


Tasty food and beverages are available for purchase at stands along the stadium rim and concourse levels, as well as with roaming vendors.


Women's restrooms are located on the concourse level at Sections K, L, FF, X, WW and GG (disabled access). Men's restrooms are located on the concourse level at Sections JJ, KK, A, XX and H (disabled access). Portable facilities are available on the stadium's outer east and west rims.

Cal FunZone presented by Subway

Join us at the Cal FunZone on Maxwell Family Field starting 3 hours before kickoff! The Cal FunZone features an action-packed Kids Zone, the diners delight Food Zone, the frothy Cal Beer Garden and plenty of inflatable games, interactive booths, fun giveaways, crazy contests and so much MORE!

March to Victory

Get loud, get up-close and cheer on the Golden Bears when they march into Memorial Stadium. The Bears will meet you there approximately 2 hours before kickoff and look for your unwavering support. Get fired up and help fire them up!!

Game Transportation

Due to limited parking facilities near Memorial Stadium, fans are encouraged to take mass transit to the games.

BART: Take BART to the Downtown Berkeley Station and hop on the free Bear Express Shuttle, which picks fans up every 7-10 minutes from two locations near the West Crescent entrance to campus (Oxford at Addison and Shattuck at Center), just one block east of BART. The shuttle, which drops fans off near the FunZone, begins service two hours before kickoff. Visit for schedules and train information.

Capitol Corridor: The Capitol Corridor runs from Sacramento to the Bay Area daily and offers train rides to every Cal football home game. Take the Capitol Corridor to either the Richmond or Oakland Coliseum BART stations. Then ride BART to the Downtown Berkeley Station, where you can pick up the Bear Express Shuttle. AC Transit: Bus service from three special game day pick-up locations and more than ten regular lines gets you to the game relaxed and on time. County Connection: Contra Costa County residents may take advantage of the Cal Express Bus service directly to Memorial Stadium, leaving from the Concord and Lafayette BART stations two hours before kickoff. Single-Game Parking

    Violation of these policies may be cause for non-entry, ejection from the stadium, and/or arrest.
