No. 5 Cal Cal Beats No. 11 LMU On Senior Day

BERKELEY - On a day in which Cal celebrated its seven seniors, the No. 5 Cal women's water polo team rolled past Loyola Marymount 12-4 on Sunday at Spieker Aquatics Complex.

In a pre-match ceremony, the Bears honored Dana Ochsner, Breda Vosters, Taylor Dodson, Remington Price, and manager Amanda Brumm.

Csikos scored once for the Bears (15-5), giving her 212 career goals and moving her into a tie with Coleette Glinkowski atop Cal's all-time list. Csikos will next get a chance to break the record when Cal visits Cal State Bakersfield on Saturday.

Vosters scored the first goal of the game for Cal with Ochsner adding two of her own, allowing the Bears to finish the first quarter leading 3-1. The second quarter allowed the Bears to really pull ahead, adding five goals and shutting out the Lions. The Beasr led 8-1 at halftime.

The second half saw the Bears continue to extend their lead over the Lions, with Dana Ochsner 3, Breda Vosters 3, Kelly McKee 2, Sierra Smiley.
