Bloomington, Ind. - Day two is in the books at the 2007 Hoosierland Open Invitational, hosted by Indiana University at the Counsilman-Billingsley Aquatics Center. The third-ranked California Golden Bears continued to have strong individual performances, including a solid afternoon from junior Madison Kennedy.

Team scoring will not be taking place in accordance with NCAA compliance, just individual scoring only in the three-day tournament format.

Kennedy finished third in the 200 free with a time of 1:48.13 behind former Cal swimmers, Erin Reilly and Ashley Chandler. Kennedy served as the second leg of Cal's first place finish in the 800 free relay (7:15.31).

Sophomore Heather White placed second in the 400 IM with a time of 4:19.31, while senior Emily Silver captured first place in the 100 fly with a time of 52.88.
