BERKELEY - Cal's Sept. 10 football game at Colorado will be televised throughout Northern California on CSN California, while the Golden Bears' Sept. 17 contest vs. Presbyterian will kick off at 2:30 p.m. from AT&T Park in San Francisco.
Cal and Colorado will get underway at 12:30 p.m. PT (1:30 p.m. MT) from Folsom Field in Boulder. Although Colorado is a new member of the Pac-12 Conference, the game will be played as a non-league contest, as it is the second game of a home-and-home series between the schools.
The addition of live television means that five of Cal's 12 regular-season games have been selected for telecast this year. The Sept. 3 opener against Fresno State at Candlestick Park will also be on CSN California. Three other games will appear on ESPN - Oct. 6 at Oregon, Oct. 13 vs. USC and Nov. 25 at Arizona State. Both the Oregon and USC match-ups will be broadcast in HD and 3D.
Additional game times and television selections will be announced as they become available, including broadcast information for the Presbyterian contest.
Season and single-game tickets for Cal's 2011 home contests at AT&T Park, as well as tickets for the TicketCity Battle by the Bay between Cal and Fresno State at Candlestick Park, remain on sale through CalFootballSF.com, the tickets link at CalBears.com, and the Cal Athletic Ticket Office (800-GO BEARS).
