BERKELEY - All youth 17 and under can cheer on the Bears for only $5 when the Oregon Ducks and Heisman Trophy candidate Joey Harrington visit Berkeley at 12:30 p.m. Oct. 13. Tickets are in the general admission section, and can be purchased in person in advance at the Cal Athletic Ticket Office or on game day at Memorial Stadium.
While at the game, be sure to visit the Cal FunZone Tailgate located on Kleeberger Field, just north of the stadium. The FunZone features a Kids' Area, a live band, great food and drinks, plus an appearance by the Cal Marching Band and Dance Team. The event starts 2 1/2 hours prior to every home game.
The special $5 tickets must be purchased in person (no phone or Internet orders accepted). The Cal Athletic Ticket Office is open weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 2223 Fulton St. in Berkeley. Fans can also buy tickets on the day of the game at the south end of Memorial Stadium.
In addition to the special ticket offer, Cal screensavers, sponsored by Pacific Bell SBC, will be given away as fans exit the stadium Oct. 13.
