BERKELEY, CALIF. - Bolstered by a career-high 20 saves by senior goalie Nate Bennett and a stellar defense, the No. 2-ranked Cal men's water polo team (14-3, 1-1) defeated No. 6 UC Irvine (10-9, 1-1), 9-2, Saturday afternoon in a MPSF match at Spieker Aquatics Complex.
