Dodd, Shipp Named to Pac-10 All-Academic Team

BERKELEY - California women's gymnastics senior captain My-Lan Dodd was named to the Pac-10 All-Academic first team on Thursday, while teammate and senior captain Lauren Shipp was recognized as an honorable mention selection.

Dodd, a developmental studies and sociology double-major, was named to the Pac-10 All-Academic second team in both 2003 and 2004. The Seattle native was also recognized as an Academic All-American the past two years.

Shipp, an integrative biology major with a minor in English, was also an honorable mention pick in 2003.
