BERKELEY - Some of the best teams in women's basketball will converge on Haas Pavilion when the University of California hosts the NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Berkeley Regional March 28 and 30, 2009.
The field for the 2009 NCAA Tournament won't be announced until March 16, but fans can reserve their seats this fall for this exciting event. All-session tickets, which include three games - two regional semifinals and the regional championship - are $50 for sideline prime seats. End zone seats are $35 for adults, $20 for youth (ages 12 and under) and $20 for seniors (65 and over).
All-session tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning Nov. 17, with single-session tickets available March 17, provided tickets remain.
Tickets can be ordered online at the Tickets link at CalBears.com or by calling the Cal Athletic Ticket Office at (800) GO BEARS.
Game times for the Berkeley Regional are 6 and 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, and 6 p.m. on Monday, March 30. The winner of the regional will advance to the 2009 NCAA Women's Final Four in St. Louis.
In addition to being able to watch the games, fans will be able to attend the Open Practice Day on Friday, March 27, a free event that will feature on-court sessions by all four teams in the regional.
