BERKELEY - California football fans can still help the Golden Bears earn further recognition for their outstanding performance this past weekend in Oregon.

Fans can vote for Anthony Felder's fourth-quarter interception as the Pontiac Game Changing Performance of the Week. Cal fans can go to pontiac.com/ncaa, where they can view video clips of the four finalists and vote for their favorite play. Voting begins on Sunday morning and ends at midnight on Wednesday. ESPN will announce this weeks Pontiac Game Changing Performance winner, on Thursday night, during the Pontiac Performance Halftime Report. The winning university earns a $5,000 contribution from Pontiac to its general scholarship fund. Additionally, the winning play will be nominated for the Pontiac Game Changing Performance of the Year and the chance to win a $100,000 General Scholarship from Pontiac.

In addition, California standout wide receiver DeSean Jackson is collecting honors following his spectacular performance in Cal's victory over Oregon. The junior had career-bests of 11 receptions and 161 yards to go with a pair of touchdowns in the game. He has been named the Walter Camp Foundation National Player of the Week and the Pac-10 Offensive Player of the Week. He is also one of four candidates for the AT&T All-America Player of the Week honor.

The AT&T honor is voted on by fans. ESPN selects the top candidates for the AT&T honor and then fans determine the winner by text messaging VOTE to 87654 on their wireless phone. Fans have until 11:59 p.m. EST on Wednesday to submit their votes. The winner will be announced Oct. 4 during Thursday's ESPN College Football Primetime Presented by Applebee's college football game between Kentucky and South Carolina. There is no limit on fan voting, and each vote counts as one entry into a sweepstakes to win a trip to the 2008 BCS National Championship game in New Orleans, La. The AT&T All-America Player of the Week program will continue throughout the season, with the nominees being revealed each Sunday on ESPN SportsCenter at 9 a.m. ET and on the Web at www.espnallamerica.com.

Finally, the California football team was honored by the College Sports Report as its national team of the week; Jackson was honored with this week's Red Top Electric Electrifying Play of the Game; and fans can continue voting for the Armstrong Defensive Player of the Week.

The Golden Bears have their first bye week of the 2007 season this week. They return to action on Saturday, Oct. 13, hosting Oregon State for Homecoming. Game time and television information for that game is expected to be available on Monday. Tickets are still available by visiting www.CalBears.com or by calling 1-800-GO-BEARS.
