No. 4 Cal Defeats Three Top 10 Schools at The Farm

The fourth-ranked California men's gymnastics team scored 216.525, defeating three Top 10 schools including No. 8 Stanford (213.000), No. 5 Michigan (211.825), No. 9 Nebraska (209.125), club team Washington (181.550), and an elite squad of three Saturday evening at Burnham Pavilion.

David Eaton claimed third in the all-around with a score of 54.250, tying his career best mark that he set last week. Eaton placed second on the pommel (9.450) and on the h-bar (9.350).

Defending parallel bar champion Cody Moore took first place on the p-bars with a 9.550. Sophomore Graham Ackerman placed first on the h-bar (9.450), second on the floor (9.400) and third on the vault (9.275).

The Bears scored a season high 35.800 on the rings.

Next, Cal travels to Los Angeles to compete in the Peter Vidmar Invitational Thursday, Mar. 6 at 7 p.m.
