Berkeley - Anjelica Selden pitched a two-hit shutout to help lead the No. 12-ranked UCLA Bruins to an 11-0 win (in five innings) over the California Golden Bears on Saturday afternoon in Levine-Fricke Field. The Bruin offense generated 13 hits in the contest.

Cal (26-25, 2-9 Pac-10) concludes its weekend series versus UCLA (29-12, 5-5 Pac-10) tomorrow at 1:00 p.m.

UCLA jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the third after Whitney Holum produced a two-out double which scored Megan Langenfeld and Lisa Dodd.

The Bruins added another two runs in the fourth after Dodd's RBI single plated Jaisa Creps, and Langenfeld's double scored Dodd.

UCLA tacked on seven runs in the fifth inning, as Dodd connected for a three-run home run, while Langenfeld notched a two-run home run.

Marissa Drewrey took the loss to fall to 9-5 in the circle. Alex Sutton and Gina Leomiti each had one hit for the Bears in the losing effort.
