CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) - Allen Crabbe scored 26 points, Markhuri Sanders-Frison added 16 and California overcame a slow start to beat Oregon State 87-76 Saturday.

Crabbe nailed six three-pointers, which were a season best.

Jorge Gutierrez had 14 points and nine assists and also tied his season high with four steals. Harper Kamp added 12 points for the Golden Bears (16-13, 9-8 Pac-10), who overcame a first-half double digit deficit for the second straight game.

Crabbe was 8 of 12 from the field for Cal, which has won three in a row.

Just like last Thursday at Oregon, the Bears got out of the gate slowly. Oregon State, celebrating its Senior Day for the final game of the year at Gill Coliseum, jumped out to an early lead that lasted throughout the first half for a six-point lead at the break.

Also like last Thursday, Cal came out strong in the second half, shooting 18-for-25 in the half.

Ahmad Starks scored 18 points and Jared Cunningham added 14 for the Beavers (10-17, 5-11), who lost for the fifth time in six games and saw a 12-point first half lead disappear. They were booed by the home fans at the end of the game.

Omari Johnson added 10 points and eight rebounds for Oregon State.

Cal returns to Berkeley for the final game of the regular season next Saturday at 4 p.m. against Stanford. Sanders-Frison will be honored as the team's lone senior for Senior Day.
