BERKELEY -

The California Golden Bears women's basketball team will play at least four times in games aired by Fox Sports Net during the 2009-10 season. In the preliminary television schedule released by the Pac-10, Cal has four set broadcasts and three more potential games that could be added to the schedule at a later date.

The Bears game against Baylor on Sunday, Nov. 22 will be the first women's basketball game of the 2009-10 season featuring a Pac-10 team to be televised by FSN. Cal's Pac-10 opener at Stanford on Saturday, Jan. 2, their Jan. 30 showdown against Arizona State in Berkeley, and Valentine Days' matchup against Washington in Seattle are the three remaining telecasts listed on the initial schedule.

The Bears also have three "wildcard" games that could be added later by Fox as the season progresses.

The Bears will be adding additional telecasts that will be carried on Comcast Sports Net California. The dates of those games will be announced in the coming weeks.

Last season, the Bears had eight regular-season contests televised.
