From head coach Joanne Boyle

"Just a great game," Boyle said. "I'm so proud of the (players). I was telling them how proud I am of them and thinking ahead, 'Where could we be in March?'"

"We talked about this year, finishing big games and that was the theme going in at halftime, throughout the time outs, the whole way. The (players) were committed to it and they executed it."

"I think it was great for our team to have this success without (posts) Dev (Devanei Hampton) and Rama (N'diaye). It really shows our depth and how complete our team is. It gives us a confidence to know that we can go out and win."

From guard Alexis Gray-Lawson

"I was ready for this game for a really long time. I'm at a loss for words. This is a game we knew would be a challenge. It was going to challenge our defense. As soon as we got the first stop, I was like 'Let's go.' I was so excited, after that, I was like, 'Let's freakin' do this.' "

From forward Ashley Walker

"It's great to see our team work the way it has worked without Dev and Rama. No one would expect us to do what we do. We are so small inside right now, and they are so much bigger than us. We just told ourselves, we are going to fight and grit it out and sacrifice what we need to sacrifice."

"We just wanted to make another run and show them who we are. It was like, 'OK, we're just going to keep going.'"
