BERKELEY, Calif.- The Cal rugby team did not know whether to be disappointed or relieved after battling to a 17-17 tie against the University of British Columbia, Saturday. On the one hand the Bears made numerous unforced errors. On the other hand, despite the mistakes, they proved themselves the equals of a top Canadian team.
