Nikola Knezevic Earns Pac-10 Academic Honor

BERKELEY - Sophomore guard Nikola Knezevic, who has a 3.21 GPA as an interdisciplinary studies major at Cal, has been named to the second-team Pac-10 All-Academic team.

Knezevic is the 12th Golden Bear to earn mention on the first- or second-team units since 2001.

Knezevic played in all 33 games for Cal this past season, starting 16 times. He averaged 2.6 ppg and dished out 2.1 apg to rank third on the squad in assists.

Knezevic scored a high of eight points vs. both Oregon State and Nicholls State, and he had a career-best six assists against Long Beach State and Kansas State.
