Gibson was limited to six games off the bench during his three seasons at Cal primarily due to injury before having to medically retire prior to the 2014 campaign. All of Gibson’s stats came as a 2013 sophomore when he made four tackles in his first season at safety after having been a linebacker for his first two campaigns.
